Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve the annual sales plan. 2. Conduct product demonstrations for clients and make appropriate presentations to encourage customers to use the product. 3. Collaborate with the principal company representative to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes. 5. Meet or exceed sales targets and expand the company's share in the welding segment. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and market intelligence using CRM tools. 7. Provide feedback to the principal company based on customer insights. 8. Attend trade show exhibitions and industry networking events. Preferred candidate profile * Bachelors degree in Mechanical/welding engineering or related technical field. * 2-5 years experience in sales of cutting tools welding products in Bhosari-Chakan area. * Good understanding of welding processes MIG/TIG/FCAW/SMAW * Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Willingness to visit frequently to clients * Proficiency in MS office.
