As a Solar Site Supervisor at Swawlambi Inc., you will play a crucial role in leading the on-site execution of solar projects with precision and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include supervising solar installation sites, evaluating solar capacity requirements, managing budgets, overseeing the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients. You will also be responsible for providing daily progress reports and site updates. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage solar installation sites from start to finish - Evaluate and analyse solar capacity requirements for various project sizes - Prepare and manage accurate budgets for solar sites - Understand specifications and usage of solar installation and servicing equipment - Assess structural feasibility and site space utilisation - Create and review technical drawings and solar system designs - Oversee the entire installation process and ensure timely project completion - Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Coordinate with on-ground teams, vendors, and clients - Provide daily progress reports and site updates Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Solar Industry - Deep knowledge of solar capacity planning and structural integration - Familiarity with inverters, panels, batteries, mounting structures, and other equipment - End-to-end understanding of the solar installation process - Ability to read and interpret design layouts and technical documentation - Proficiency in preparing site budgets and material estimates,
