Organization: Swavalamban Avam Swabhimaan (SAS) Foundation Location: Hybrid (Palam/Dwarka, Delhi + Remote work) Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on project needs) Stipend/Certificate: Internship Certificate + Exposure in Social Entrepreneurship About the project SAS Foundation is supporting the family of Mr. Harish , who has been paralysed for the past year, by helping them set up a lunch tiffin service for working professionals in Dwarka . The initiative, "SustainaBite" aims to empower the family with a sustainable livelihood model . We are inviting management interns with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead this project—from ideation to execution—before handing over operations to Harish’s family. Roles & Responsibilties Business Setup: Assist in designing the tiffin business model, pricing, packaging, and delivery logistics. Market Research: Identify target customer segments (working professionals, students, offices) in Dwarka region. Branding & Online Presence: Help in creating brand identity (name, logo, social media pages, WhatsApp/website presence). Operations Management: Guide food sourcing, hygiene standards, and delivery mechanisms. Digital Outreach: Promote through local WhatsApp groups, online directories, and food platforms (Zomato/Swiggy if feasible). Financial Planning: Draft basic income-expense sheet and cash flow plan. Capacity Building: Train Harish’s family in handling day-to-day business activities (order-taking, customer service, basic record-keeping). Sustainability Handover: Ensure smooth transfer of operations to the family. Who Can Apply? MBA/BBA/Management students or recent graduates with strong interest in entrepreneurship, social impact, and online business models . Proficiency in digital marketing, business planning, or operations will be an advantage. Self-driven, empathetic, and willing to work on ground in Dwarka when needed.
