Visiting Customer sites for installation.

- Incoming Raw Material Inspection as Per Purchase Order. - Incoming Bought Items Inspection as per Purchase order. - Incoming Machining parts from Vendors Inspection as per Drawings provided. - Drawing correction as per actual parts fitments. - Daily inspection report generation. - Preparation of Acceptance Note, Rejection and Re-work Note. - Follow up with vendor to provide material as per drawings. - Visit vendor site for quality checks before dispatch from their workshops. - In-House job work quality checks. - Inspection of Ready Machines -Preparation of Machine Operating Manuals. -Preparation of DQ,OQ,IQ,PQ documents. - Test and Trial of Machinery.
