You are invited to join MSDC Organization as a skilled Trainer for 3D Printing operator & miniature Robotics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Fracktal Works 3D printing machines while actively contributing to robotics-based projects involving various autonomous systems such as humanoids, spider robots, and other innovative technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, programming, and operating these advanced systems. Your key responsibilities will include operating and maintaining Fracktal Works 3D printers to facilitate high-precision prototyping and production, preparing 3D models for printing using slicing software, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printing machines, assisting in robotics-based projects focusing on humanoids, quadrupeds, and autonomous bots, as well as documenting production processes and maintaining technical records to ensure efficient operations. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in 3D printing technologies including FDM, SLA, and SLS (optional) as well as knowledge of humanoid robots, spider robots, and swarm robotics. Exposure to microcontrollers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi, along with embedded programming skills, will be advantageous. Familiarity with Fracktal Works machines and software is a plus, and proficiency in CAD software like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Solid Edge is essential. Additionally, your ability to train students on these platforms, strong problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with robotic mechanisms will be highly valued. Ideally, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics Engineering, or Additive Manufacturing. Your passion for additive manufacturing and robotics, coupled with your practical experience in the field, will make you a valuable addition to our team.,
