Key Responsibilities Accounting & finance: Manage and verify daily accounting entries for staff Review GST entries, reconcile GSTR-2A, and coordinate with the company’s CA for GST return filings Ensure timely TDS payments and file TDS returns Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, and payroll processing Assist in financial audits and finalization of accounts Prepare and submit financial documents to banks (QIS, FFR, stock statement) banking & compliance: Coordinate with the company secretary (CS) for ROC-related compliance Prepare and submit the necessary documents to the bank as required Human resources: Manage all HR-related tasks, including employee records, payroll, and compliance About Company: The company purchased goods (i.e., grams or channa) from the local grain market and roasted and processed them in such a way to get a good yield out of it, thus the end result daliyas, roasted channas, mahableswari channa's etc. The finished goods were supplied to the local market, thus building a brand that is now a well-established brand in the local market as well as all exporters of these products. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control professional, located in Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting quality assurance tests, managing quality audits, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The professional will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality management to ensure the company's products meet or exceed industry standards. Qualifications \n Knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance Skills in Quality Management and conducting Quality Audits Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Previous experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a plus Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
