The primary focus of this role is to follow up with architect clients after the initial interaction conducted by the Senior Sales Manager. This position involves regular office visits, relationship building, sharing product updates, and assisting in closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with architect clients post-initial meetings to maintain regular engagement and rapport. Schedule and conduct office visits to share new product updates, samples, and company developments. Collect client feedback and communicate effectively with the internal sales team to support conversions. Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with architects, designers, and project consultants. Assist in addressing client queries and provide after-sales support as needed. Maintain an organized database of interactions, feedback, and follow-up schedules. Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Manager to support and accelerate the sales cycle. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience in sales or client servicing in the building materials industry preferred. Knowledge of marble, quartz, tiles, or similar products will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor. Ability to travel locally for regular client visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
