As a Backend Developer at Harvices, you will be responsible for developing high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Java/Java EE. You will play a key role in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that the designs are in compliance with specifications and that the software components are released successfully. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code, as well as participating in all phases of the development lifecycle. You will also be expected to support continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and presenting them for architectural review. To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Java basics (JVM, JRE, JDK), Object-Oriented Programming concepts, data types, looping, conditional statements, exception handling, collections (ArrayList, HashMap, Set), threading (basics and concurrency), Java IO, REST API development using Spring, Swagger, and REST API consumption.
