Job Description: Swag Tails is seeking a friendly and efficient Teller Caller to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers, managing transactions, and ensuring that all orders or customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. As a Teller Caller, you will represent Swag Tails in providing excellent service, assisting customers with their orders, and supporting the business's day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls from customers, providing assistance with inquiries about products, services, or order statuses. Engage with pet owners to help them choose the best products or services for their pets. Provide excellent customer service through clear and courteous communication, addressing concerns or questions promptly. Order Management: Take customer orders via phone and enter details accurately into the system. Confirm order details, including special instructions or service preferences. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of the company's products and services, particularly regarding pet care, pet accessories, and any special promotions. Offer recommendations based on customer preferences, promoting suitable products for various pet needs. Problem Resolution: Address any customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Escalate complex issues to higher management if necessary. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions. Assist with updating inventory or product information as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on company policies and product offerings. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree may be preferred). Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse clearly and professionally. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computers, with knowledge of order management systems a plus. Pet Knowledge: A passion for pets and a basic understanding of pet care products is an advantage. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Working Conditions: This role may be performed in an office or a remote setting, depending on the company's operational setup. Standard working hours, with flexibility for overtime or weekend shifts as required.
