Create clear and detailed travel itineraries 4. Handle changes, cancellations, or any trip issues 5. Share tickets and travel plans on time 6. Build and maintain relationships with hotels, transport companies, and local guides 7. Negotiate prices and ensure timely service 8. Confirm bookings and manage vendor coordination 9. Keep records of vendor contacts and feedback 10.
