As an experienced technical leader for SW Vehicle Platforms at Expleo, your role involves developing a global, competent team supporting applications using Agile methodology. You must excel in lateral collaboration across multiple meta functions and drive next-generation architecture. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and assessing automated test coverage, identifying gaps, and addressing new requirements. - Contributing to Continuous Testing, Test Management, and Test Reporting for Automated Test Suites. - Demonstrating expertise in software testing and automated test techniques to ensure quality throughout the development cycle. - Developing automated tests using modern languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Angular, etc. - Creating automated API, functional, and non-functional tests using tools like Gherkin, Selenium, SeeTest, Appium, Postman, GitHub, Jenkins, JMeter. - Having knowledge of AI generative technologies and coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, PostBot, Microsoft Bing). - Proficiency in AWS cloud services; AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials certification is preferred. - Developing tests following best coding practices for portability, reusability, and maintainability. - Driving continuous improvements in automated testing coverage and speed. - Integrating testing processes with continuous integration pipelines. - Identifying new tools and technologies to develop a world-class validation platform. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Connected Vehicle - Prior experience working with an Automotive OEM - Knowledge and understanding of an Automotive OEM - Experience with multi-process, multi-threaded development environments Essential skills required for this role include: - Minimum of 3 years of experience validating software in automotive applications. - Strong analytical problem-solving skills. - Experience with continuous integration, testing, and deployment. - Proficiency in creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), managing Bug reports, collecting Logs, and Test reporting. - Fluency in several programming languages used in test automation, such as Java, Python, and JavaScript. - Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and REST services. - Strong foundational experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. - Experience with AWS Services: S3, SM, ECS, ECR, DF. - Proficiency with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium, Postman, and Appium.
