Job Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Administer payroll coordination and leave management. Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and maintain POSH compliance. Assist in L&D coordination and performance review process. Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS database accuracy. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR). Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
