You should have at least 2 years of experience in MERN Stack development to qualify for the role of a MERN Stack developer at our company located in Greater Noida. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. We are looking for someone who can write clean, scalable code and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to introduce new features. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing high-performance web applications, debugging and fixing issues in the existing codebase, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, writing automated tests, and staying updated with the latest web development trends and technologies. You will also be expected to mentor and guide junior developers within the team. To be considered for this role, you must have a deep understanding of the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. Knowledge of frameworks like React, tools like Yarn, Grunt, Gulp, npm, Restful APIs, JWT, OAuth2, relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, PLSQL), and Agile methodologies like Scrum, TDD, BDD is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript, MV VM MVC frameworks, and version control tools like GIT, Bit Bucket, Jira, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Visual Studio Code is required. You should also possess strong expertise in responsive web development using HTML5, CSS3, LESS, and SASS, as well as experience with TypeScript, React, Bootstrap, and various JavaScript libraries. Knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins/Hudson, version control systems like SVN, Git, Bitbucket, and creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON is necessary. Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), NoSQL databases (such as Redis, Elastic Search, Mongo), and optimizing components for maximum performance across different devices and browsers will be advantageous.
