Position: Local Field Coordinator (Contractual, Part-time) Location: Navi Mumbai / Thane Duration: June – November 2025 (5 months) Organization: SvaraScape India Compensation: Competitive Market rate SvaraScape Trust is looking for 2 passionate field coordinators to support an exciting municipal-level climate action project focused on behavioral energy efficiency and rooftop solar adoption in public buildings across Navi Mumbai and Thane. What You'll Do: Conduct energy audits and staff surveys in public buildings Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns Translate and adapt campaign materials (Marathi-English) Act as a liaison between building staff, municipal authorities, and our project leads Support data collection, field reporting, and local engagement Who You Are? A recent graduate or young professional with a background in sustainability, energy efficiency, architecture, or planning. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English Strong local knowledge of the city and its built environment Strong communicator, proactive, and culturally grounded Detail-oriented and comfortable with fieldwork and community-facing roles Passionate about climate action, energy equity, and grassroots change Why Join Us?
