We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform - CDP) Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of our Data Cloud platform. This role requires a hands-on expert who can work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on data privacy and integration best practices. Role & responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Integrate Salesforce CDP with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other internal systems Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA Develop and optimize data flows using SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), and optionally MuleSoft Participate in daily standups and provide regular progress updates Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data ingestion, segmentation, and activation Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud) Minimum 4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs (Preferred) Experience with MuleSoft for integration Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Additional Details: Duration: 6 months initially, with the possibility of extension Expected Weekly Hours: 40 Time Zone Alignment: Must be available for meetings until at least 11:00 AM PST
