HR Functions Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Assist in drafting HR policies, employee letters, and contracts. Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities. Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams. Support payroll inputs and compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Joining & Exit Formalities, F&F Settlements of Left Employees Admin Functions Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, facilities, and vendor management. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and coordinate with service providers. Support travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting/event coordination. Maintain records of administrative expenses and assist in budgeting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
