Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Head located in Vishakhapatnam with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Head will oversee regional sales operations, manage and develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include leading a sales team, managing client accounts, analyzing sales data, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and strategic planning Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships Proven Sales expertise and ability to achieve sales targets Experience in Team Management and leading a sales team Sales Management skills to develop and implement sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
