Location: On-site (Malad office, shooting locations & post-production studios) Type: Full-time Paid Internship Sutradhaar Films is looking for a passionate and driven Production Intern to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of film production, this is the perfect opportunity to start your journey in the entertainment industry. Responsibilities : • Coordinate with multiple departments (production, direction, post-production, accounts, and creative teams) to ensure smooth daily operations. • Schedule and share daily messages, updates, and production plans with all team members in advance. • Ensure bills and expenses are collected from all employees and submitted to the accounts team promptly. • Organize and follow up on meetings, shoot schedules, and post-production deadlines. • Track progress on all ongoing projects to ensure timely completion. • Communicate and lock budgets with actors and vendors; handle basic negotiations when required. • Arrange look tests, readings, and ensure all logistics are in place for cast and crew. • Monitor team attendance and ensure timely reporting to office and shoot locations. • Maintain detailed production logs - including call times, roll times, delays, issues on set, and pack-up times - and report updates to the founders. • Coordinate with editors and post teams to make sure the final delivery meets creative and technical standards. • Support the team with administrative tasks, budgeting, and vendor coordination. • Anticipate and resolve on-ground challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Requirements : • Education: Graduate (any stream). • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written). • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, coordination, and organizational skills. • Must be detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. • Passionate about filmmaking and willing to learn every aspect of the production process. Bonus Points If You: • Have basic knowledge of budgeting or production logistics. • Are comfortable managing vendors and maintaining cost sheets. • Have previously worked on student films, short videos, or content shoots (not mandatory).
