Role Overview The Director Talent Acquisition will own and execute talent strategies for the Healthcare vertical , aligning closely with global delivery teams. Based in Bengaluru , this role requires a proven leader who has successfully managed large recruitment teams, delivered on technical hiring mandates, and navigated global stakeholder environments. Job Title: Director Talent Acquisition (Healthcare Business) Location: Bengaluru, India Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Planning: Develop and drive end-to-end hiring strategy aligned with the business growth in healthcare and digital engineering Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team; manage performance and foster a culture of accountability and excellence Digital Engineering Focus: Ensure quality and speed in hiring full stack engineers, DevOps, cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, and related tech profiles Business Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to senior delivery and business leaders on talent market trends, risks, and solutions Global Collaboration: Work with global teams (US, EMEA, APAC) to align demand planning, delivery timelines, and hiring standards Operational Excellence: Track and improve key hiring metrics time to fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, diversity metrics, and cost per hire Process Governance: Enforce compliance, documentation, background checks, and audit readiness across all hiring functions Employer Branding: Collaborate with the branding team to amplify the EVP for healthcare and digital roles across platforms Market Intelligence & Talent Pipelining: Build robust pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles using market insights and proactive sourcing Required Qualifications 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing large teams Proven success in hiring across digital engineering skill sets and healthcare domain experience is a strong advantage Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and global hiring practices Ability to manage global stakeholders, influence business decisions, and drive outcomes in a matrix organization Experience using modern recruitment tools and technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc.) Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Data-driven decision-making mindset and execution focus Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field Knowledge of healthcare industry hiring dynamics, regulations, and global compliance requirements Prior experience working in large global enterprises or IT services companies Why Join Us? Job Summary: Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as Director - Oracle Cloud SCM Solutions. This role will spearhead Oracle SCM Implementation and solutions ensuring alignment with client requirement while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SCM Portfolio that ensures high standards delivery The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Application Solution Leader with SCM background (OM, Procurement, MFG, Supplier, BOM etc) with minimum 20+ Yrs experience, 5 to 6 Oracle Cloud and 1 or 2 Oracle eBS implementation experience and at least 1 or two AMS implementations in Oracle Cloud. Minimum 5 years of Solution lead role experience, hands on in designing and delivering solutions and Oral presentation, estimation expertise, good communicator, able to articulate well. Have managed larger complex Oracle Cloud and eBS RFPs earlier and able to drive. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture : Design and develop end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solutions that meet client requirements and align with industrys best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance during the solution development phase. Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing innovative solutions Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed solution architectures. Collaboration and Team Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. Mentor and coach junior presales and solution architects. Drive continuous improvement in presales processes and methodologies. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud SCM technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts. Presales Leadership: Lead the presales process for Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal development. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing). Proven track record of successfully leading pre-sales efforts and designing complex Oracle SCM solutions. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud SCM Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Additional information Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud solutions. Knowledge of other SCM systems and integration with Oracle Cloud. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
