,Organos' Position Summary: As the Head of the Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will be responsible for leading innovation, research, and knowledge dissemination across Organos verticals. This role will focus on codifying best practices, driving thought leadership in sustainable development, and nurturing a culture of continuous learning and excellence. The CoE will serve as the nerve center for strategic thinking, capacity building, and process standardization across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Establish and execute the vision and roadmap for the CoE aligned with Organos sustainability goals. Drive collaboration across departments including design, construction, agriculture, marketing, and customer experience. Knowledge Management & Research: Build a centralized repository of knowledge, case studies, and data related to sustainable living and regenerative development. Identify emerging trends and innovations in eco-habitat design and living. Innovation & Best Practices: Evaluate and implement new frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance project outcomes. Champion sustainability KPIs, regenerative living metrics, and environmental impact assessments. Learning & Development: Develop training programs, workshops, and certification modules for internal teams and partners. Partner with academic institutions, NGOs, and experts to create and deliver learning content. Community Engagement & Advocacy: Represent Organo in industry forums, conferences, and government panels to promote sustainable development. Work closely with the marketing team to disseminate whitepapers, articles, and thought leadership content. Process Optimization: Identify process gaps and introduce standards, SOPs, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Qualifications: Masters degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in sustainability, innovation, or program management roles. Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex cross-functional projects. Deep understanding of regenerative practices, green certifications (IGBC, LEED, GRIHA), and eco-technology. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking capabilities. Preferred Qualities: Passion for nature, rural-urban integration, and community-driven development. Experience working with or within social enterprises or purpose-driven organizations. Strong network within academic, sustainability, and policy circles.
