This full-time on-site role is for a Design Engineer / Manager based in Noida. The Design Engineer / Manager will be responsible for detail design and Engineering, overseeing project design and implementation, conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed project reports, providing technical and financial advisory, and ensuring the completion of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. Additionally, the candidate will develop and implement greenhouse gas standards, carbon management solutions, and monitor sustainability goals. Qualifications required for this role include experience in engineering design, project management, and feasibility studies, proficiency in preparing detailed project reports and conducting technical and financial analysis, strong knowledge of EPC processes, sustainability studies, and carbon management, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, the ability to work on-site in Noida, lead a team of engineers, experience in the renewable energy sector (a plus), and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. Professional certifications in project management or renewable energy consultancy are desirable.,
