The role will entail: Following our SOP to handle customer emails/complaints Make COD verification calls, abandoned cart calls Keep a track on incoming messages on our chatbot Call loyal customers for exclusive offers Coordinate with brands regarding exchanges, returns, complaints Execute retention strategies - email and whats app - understand the tool and send campaigns basis segments. Help operations department as and when needed Requirements: You must speak fluent English & Hindi You must understand and know how to operate MS Office properly You must have good communication and organisation skills Should be eager to learn about platforms such as Shopify, Big, Ship Rocket, etc. You must be able to multi - task and not be fazed by tight deadlines Punctuality and organisation is a must Applicants are expected to start the effective immediately. Roles and Responsibilities as an intern: The role will entail handling and processing orders on our website, updating inventory sheets. This role will also include being in contact with our brands and onboarding new relevant brands too. Every day’s brief may be different, you will have to develop engaging content that impacts our company’s growth, sales, and even our customers. You will work directly with the co-founders and interact with them very often. Requirements: Your written English and grammar needs to be impeccable. You must possess great Microsoft Office skills You must have good communication skills You should have at least 1 year of work experience. Freshers can be looked at if they have work to show for. Knowledge about using platforms like Ship Turtle, Shopify, Bik, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads etc, are much appreciated. You must be able to multi-task and not be fazed by tight deadlines. Presentation and organisation skills are required Must always perform tasks within the timeframe and collaborate efficiently. Can this turn into a full time job? About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Executive to drive our Corporate Gifting and Bulk Orders vertical. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in B2B/corporate gifting sales and a strong existing network of corporate clients. This role involves catering to incoming inquiries from companies, HR teams, agencies, and institutions, as well as actively identifying new prospects and building a strong sales pipeline. You will play a key role in helping us grow Suspire’s presence in the corporate gifting, bulk orders, and customized sustainable gifting segments. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming corporate gifting and bulk order inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses. • Actively identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking. • Maintain and utilize your existing network/client database to generate new B2B leads and opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized gifting proposals, decks, and catalogs based on client needs. • Work closely with brand partners to source and curate relevant sustainable products for corporate gifting. • Convert leads into orders and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team for order fulfillment. • Track sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics using CRM tools. • Assist in setting up partnerships with HRs, CXOs, event planners, and agencies for long-term corporate gifting relationships. • Continuously improve the sales process through insights and feedback from clients and prospects. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate gifting sales or B2B account management. • Must have a proven database of existing clientele with active contact points. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • High degree of professionalism and responsiveness. • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • Experience with CRMs such as Freshworks, Zoho, or HubSpot preferred. • Passion for sustainability and an interest in working with eco-conscious brands is a big plus. • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
