Job Description: 1. E Commerce (Online B2C) a. Order to cash reconciliation b. Regular cash sweep to the Operating Bank account c. Update AR position d. Ensure AR is reconciled e. Analysis of charges and expenses f. Monthly reporting g. Any new line of E Commerce to understand with Business Department and set up process for above. 2. Accounts Payable end to end a. Data entry for Invoices with posting to appropriate cost centers b. Follow up for overdue advances or payables c. Ensure Vendor ageing reflects latest entries d. Reconcile payable to the vendor records e. Support the team with Expense Budget monitoring and Reporting 3. About the Role We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our operations team in Chennai. The role will focus on managing cross-border operations for our Singapore entity, including treasury management, banking, Indian personal taxation, and NRI account management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial compliance, cash-flow management, and coordination with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities Treasury & Banking Management - Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, fund flow management, and liquidity planning. - Coordinate with banks for remittances, forex transactions, and compliance requirements. - Manage banking relationships across India and Singapore. Taxation & Compliance - Handle Indian personal taxation for promoters and executives, including NRI tax matters. - Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with FEMA, RBI, and Income Tax regulations. - Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and authorities for tax and audit-related queries. NRI Account Management - Oversee NRE/NRO accounts, inward/outward remittances, and compliance with FEMA norms. - Provide guidance on capital gains, dividend distribution, and related documentation.
