Job Description Developing detailed budgets and cost estimates for various pre-contract stages such as concept design, feasibility design, preliminary design, detailed design etc. throughout all project phases, from initial planning to final construction. Monitoring and managing project costs to prevent overruns by tracking expenditures and identifying potential cost-saving measures.
