Job Title: Senior Survey Programmer Work Mode: Remote Location: Noida Annual Salary: 8 lacs to 15 lacs Experience: 4 to 9 years Job Description: As a Senior Survey Programmer , you will play a pivotal role in programming and managing client surveys, ensuring the effective and accurate delivery of survey projects. Your responsibilities will focus on translating client needs into functional survey designs, utilizing your expertise in survey programming, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also be expected to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain surveys throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Survey Programming & Design: Review client survey questionnaires and offer recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data organization. Coordinate with the Data Processing Team to determine the best approach for structuring surveys for efficient data delivery and tabulations. Accurately program surveys while adhering to quality standards and ensuring error-free deliverables. Project Management & Support: Ensure all assigned projects are completed by established deadlines; communicate any delays and provide alternative plans as needed. Provide post-delivery support, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise after survey deployment. Technical Innovation & Quality Control: Implement innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to overcome challenges during survey programming. Conduct rigorous quality control checks to maintain a high standard of deliverables. Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with offshore Survey Programmers and technical teams to ensure all project specifications and requirements are met. Integrate Interactive Components: Integrate various multimedia and custom survey elements, such as sliders, drag-and-drop tools, shopping carts, and other custom exercises to enhance the user experience. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Survey Programming. At least 3+ years of experience working with Decipher survey software. Technical Expertise: Proficient in web-based survey programming and debugging. Strong ability to troubleshoot and implement innovative solutions to survey challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Work Schedule: Comfortable working in North American hours (night shift) and in a rotational shift system. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring error-free survey programming and quality control. Provides moderately complex administrative and/or technical support. LOCATION- Noida RESPONSIBILITES: Produce cleaned data files, ensuring all question bases, cell assignments and quota targets are accurately represented in the data. Table data for projects of medium to high complexity. Review all data files and tables for completeness and accuracy. Ensure timely delivery on assigned tasks with high quality. Escalate problems to Supervisor/Manager for assistance as needed. Consult with project managers and survey programmers on the design of questionnaires. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Experience of 4 years & above. Office Word, Excel. Understanding of internal data processing systems and other company applications. SPSS and Quantum knowledge and experience. Knowledge of other specialized software programs like Decipher/ Confirm IT used to collect data from market research studies. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Experience in survey data table preparation and coding or related experience or equivalent.
