Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of survey programmers to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality project delivery. - Establish and review coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement QA best practices. - Identify automation needs, build reusable templates and scripts, and streamline delivery processes. - Provide hands-on guidance, training sessions, and feedback to junior programmers. - Translate research designs into executable plans and manage client-facing technical conversations. - Serve as the escalation point for challenges in logic, feasibility, and delivery. Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of experience in Survey Programming, preferably on platforms like Decipher and Confirmit. - Proficiency in Java Script, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Python. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Strong leadership and global team management skills. - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. - Technical graduate/masters degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent.
