As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets and track them on a quarterly basis. You will develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through meetings, personal visits, and telephone communication. It is essential that you provide professional and effective services to exceed customer expectations. Your role will also involve client retention, client servicing, and reviving inactive or lost accounts. Gathering customer feedback and analyzing it for future improvements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conceive and implement efficient marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. You will be tasked with organizing and overseeing various advertising and communication campaigns, including social media, TV, exhibitions, and promotional events. Market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures will be crucial for the success of the marketing strategies. Initiating and controlling surveys to understand customer requirements and dedication levels will be part of your duties. Moreover, you will be required to write copy for diverse marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and website content. Building and maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities is vital.
