As a CCTV IT Technician at our growing security solutions provider based in Anand, Gujarat, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge surveillance and IT infrastructure solutions to our diverse range of residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and surveillance software. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, run cables, terminate ends, and ensure secure and neat installations. Regular system maintenance, updates, and providing technical support and training to clients on system usage will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CCTV and IT networking installations. A strong understanding of IP cameras, video management systems, and networking fundamentals is essential, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans, coupled with excellent communication and customer service skills. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to client sites in and around Anand are also required. Experience with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, and knowledge of biometric, access control, and alarm systems will be advantageous.
