Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, and email marketing. Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and identify effective strategies. Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across different channels to maximize ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as product, sales, and content, to ensure alignment and effective marketing initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance performance. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and A/B testing platforms.
