MS in General Surgery followed by MCh in Neurosurgery or equivalent. Strong surgical skills and proficiency in various neurosurgical techniques. Excellent understanding of neuroanatomy and neurology. Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams. Commitment to continuing education and staying abreast of developments in the field.
