Roles and Responsibilities To plan for and carry out all procedures of patient care including administration of medication according to standing instructions, assisting Doctors in various medical and surgical diagnostic procedures, performing diagnostic procedures, collecting and sending of specimens to lab, prepares patient for operations, Assisting the surgeon, patient care in the OT To provide hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining records and communicating with doctors. IMMEDIATE JOINING Check the special assignment like checking of crash cart, checking inventory or any other assignment given by in-charges. Equipment which is not functioning should be informed to concerned authority and get it repaired or replaced. Take over of all patients as per the guidelines and protocol. To maintain accurate records, reports and ensure that the billing sheet is filled-in correctly and patient is charged for all procedure services, medications, etc. Desired Candidate Profile Must have knowledge of various procedures required to take care of the patient, related to surgeries, post surgery, ICU & general care etc. Should have a positive personality and be empathetic to the patients and their care givers.
