Role & responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategy for assigned institutions (hospitals, labs, clinics) to achieve revenue targets. • Identify potential institutional customers; manage relationships with procurement and hospital decision makers. • Lead the tender submission & contract negotiation process. • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to deliver product training, demonstrations. • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; adjust strategies accordingly. • Report regularly on sales performance and forecasts. • If applicable, manage a team of sales reps / territory managers.
