It will be your responsibility to sterilize and maintain all equipment in the Operation Theatre, as well as ensuring proper sterilization practices are followed. Adhering to infection control guidelines and giving priority to emergency cases are essential aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain accurate departmental documentation, treat all patient, staff, and organizational information confidentially, and engage in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and flexibility in performing assigned tasks as needed are also expected from you in this role.
