Location : Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Mumbai Experience Required : 2 to 6 Years CTC Offered : Up to 14 LPA (Fixed) Job Description Shadowfax is hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for its B2B Sales team in the Part Truck Load (PTL) segment. We are looking for sales enthusiasts from logistics and freight companies with strong communication, client acquisition, and relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads in the PTL logistics space for B2B clients. Drive sales closures and client onboarding in the assigned region. Develop strong relationships with SMEs and enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and share insights for business expansion. Maintain accurate records in CRM and track KPIs. Desired Candidate Profile 26 years of relevant experience in logistics/freight/transportation sales . Prior experience in PTL/FTL surface logistics is highly preferred . Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Candidates from companies like Delhivery, Rivigo, XpressBees, TCI Express, Safexpress, Gati, Blue Dart, Mahindra Logistics are highly encouraged to apply.
