You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of equipment including injection molding machines (Arburg, Engel, Batten field, Nissei, Fanuc Roboshot, etc.), CNC milling machines (Mazak, Makino, DMG Mori, etc.), EDM machines (AGIE, Sodick, etc.), surface grinders (Okamoto, HMT, Proth, etc.), as well as utility equipment like transformers, electrical switchgear, diesel generators, air handling units, air compressors, sewage treatment plants, UPS, PLCs, etc. Your key accountabilities and essential functions will include carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work, responding to equipment faults, designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. You will also be required to provide accurate information and regular progress updates to management, undertake necessary training to keep your working knowledge current, maintain accurate records of testing, checks, and observations, update spares list and monitor stock levels, diagnose breakdown problems, monitor and control maintenance costs, and prepare ISO documentation with good knowledge of GMP. It is essential that you possess the skills to troubleshoot various types of equipment, perform maintenance tasks efficiently, and contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the facility. Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to safety and quality standards will be key to your success in this role.,
