The CAD Engineer opportunity involves CAD developments, including 3D modeling, 2D drawing preparation, and implementation in PLM software. As a CAD engineer, you will collaborate with design and engineering teams for product development and maintenance. Your role will have a significant impact by providing technical support during product conceptualization, maintenance, and improvement. You will be responsible for developing 3D models using part modeling, assembly, and other supportive modules. Additionally, you will create 2D manufacturing drawings and general arrangement (GA) drawings. Specifying manufacturing process parameters by defining material, GD&T, and surface finish will be crucial. Furthermore, you will evaluate geometry through tolerance stack-up analysis, stress analysis, and motion simulation to ensure quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of colour theory, material properties, and surface finish.
