Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed delivery expectations. • Manage SAP approvals related to department activities, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Sales Orders. • Oversee the “4M” aspects of Plant operations – Man, Machine, Material, and Method. • Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards. • Ensure production output with zero rejection, zero tolerance for quality defects, and on-time delivery. • Allocate resources effectively to maximize asset utilization and productivity. • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions as required. • Stay updated with the latest production management best practices and concepts. • Ensure strict compliance with plant safety procedures and policies. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Skills: • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office • In-depth knowledge of production management techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Commitment to safety and quality standards Working Conditions • Plant/Shop floor environment • Requires adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
