Essential Criteria: Architect: Should be good in designing and conceptualization. Good Knowledge of Sketch up is a must. Knowledge of Revit /BIM is preferred . Should have good understanding of working drawings & detailing of Architecture. Should have good knowledge of Services like Structure & MEP (PHE, Electrical & HVAC). Must be able to make coordination drawings. Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Professional approach to time/cost/deadline.

Essential Criteria: Civil Engineer/Site Engineer (Civil). Must have the practical knowledge of site execution for all the stage of Construction from Foundation to finishing. Must have basic knowledge of excel and should be able to prepare the site progress report. Must have supervised any project in its full life cycle of construction, i.e from start to finish.. Should have good communication for site coordination.
