Job Description Responsibilities: Advise clients on corporate, partnership, individual and trust and estate tax services. Help determine tax service objectives, scope and methodology and actively participate in communications with client management to understand the client's business and to identify possible tax solutions. Oversee the calculation and analysis of tax strategies for clients and assist with delivering to the client. Manage and review the preparation of corporate, partnership, or individuals, including federal, foreign, state and local tax return, estimated payments and extensions. Monitor, document and apply the tax laws for US tax return preparation. Continue to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities. Provide both leadership (mentoring and coaching) and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute towards implementing them Qualifications: Communication should be Excellent. Post Graduation (Commerce) or CPA is mandate. Tenured Assistant Manager or Lead or Level 1 Manager or above only will be considered (Min of 3- 4yrs of experience in leading a team is Mandate) Required: Experience with 1065 (Partnership) 60% - 70% , 1120 (Corporation), 1120S (Small Corporation) 30% - 40% Preferred: Experience with any one of 1040/1041/990/5500 as an additional combination Proficiency in CCH Axcess Software or SurePrep tools, if they don't have this, we can process candidates with other tool experience as well. Good to Have : Experience in the Financial Services or Real Estate domain
