Job Title: ITI Technician – Electrical/Mechanical Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Department: Maintenance / Production Job Summary: We are looking for an ITI-certified technician (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our plant operations at Sachin GIDC, Surat. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or machinery operation, with a strong preference for local candidates from Surat or surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance of machines and electrical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical faults in machinery and systems. Operate tools such as drills, grinders, welding machines, multimeters, etc. Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines or systems. Maintain logs of repair and maintenance work. Follow all safety protocols during maintenance and operation. Coordinate with supervisors and report daily work activities. Job Title: Dispatch Executive - Garment Manufacturing Department: Logistics / Dispatch - Garment Location : Sachin GIDC, Surat Reporting To : Factory Manager Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end dispatch operations of finished garments from the manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing dispatch documents, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to buyers or warehouses as per schedule. Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute daily dispatches of finished garments as per buyer delivery schedules. Prepare all dispatch-related documents including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, E-way bills, and transport labels. Coordinate with production, quality, packing, and store departments to ensure order readiness before dispatch. Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and logistic agencies for timely pick-up and delivery. Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including transport details, weight, quantity, and delivery status. Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation as per buyer or export/import requirements. Monitor stock movement and keep records updated in ERP or Excel sheets.
