The staff strength varies by store, ranging from 20 to 120 employees. Position: Store owner/Manager Location: 92 GA Road, Old Washermanpet, Chennai-600021 Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) /Director. Roles And Responsibilities: Lead the Team to drive sales performance and exceed customer expectations. Take complete ownership of store operations and act as a leader who inspires the team. Customer Facilities Include Air Conditioning,Proper Lightning and Clean Atmosphere to Ensure Comfort And Satisfaction. Manage the staff strength of the assigned branch (ranging from 20 to 120 employees) with effective leadership and motivation. Ensure proper stock management, timely replenishment, and minimize shrinkage and wastage. Implement creative visual merchandising and maintain an attractive store environment. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to become future leaders of the organization. Analyze sales trends and provide innovative ideas to maximize profitability and efficiency. Maintain strict compliance with company standards, policies, and operational excellence. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and image of SURANA FASHIONS LLP. Prepare and present performance reports to the CEO with actionable insights. Required Qualities: You have 25 years of proven experience in retail operations, preferably in the dynamic apparel/clothing industry. You are a natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire large teams. Your communication skills are strong in both English and Tamil, with Hindi as a valuable bonus. You possess a customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You have the ambition to grow within the organization and take on larger responsibilities.
