We need a hands-on engineer who can diagnose electrical/mechanical issues, suggest and advise robust wiring & servo-motor solutions, and guide customers with pre-sales and post-sales technical enquiries to install/integrate MASSO CNC controller with their machines. Key Responsibilities: * Perform wiring, calibration & servo motor installations * Install and integrate MASSO CNC Controllers with client machines * Respond to pre and post sales technical enquiries * Good communication skills in English to work with our R&D and Australian MASSO Team * Visit Customers on-site to resolve the issues across India * Knowledge about operating Mill, Lathe, Plasma and knowledge of G-Code, M-Code will be an added bonus.
As a Technical Support Specialist for MASSO CNC Controllers, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits. Proficiency in CNC controller installation, wiring, and setup is required, as well as a good command of CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, and SolidWorks. Excellent troubleshooting skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers and the technical team in Australia, who are native English speakers. A willingness to travel for on-site customer support as needed is also expected. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi languages is preferred. A 100% willingness to travel is also preferred.
