Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Customer Service Engineer. The role involves providing field service, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting, and offering technical support to clients. The Customer Service Engineer will also work towards ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support for elevator systems and related machinery. Qualifications Skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to address client needs effectively Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system issues efficiently Proficiency in Field Service and maintenance of machinery to ensure system reliability Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A background in engineering or technical disciplines related to machinery is preferred Familiarity with elevator systems and prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
