As a Supplier Quality Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing internal and external requirements for the integrated quality management system according to ISO9001, 14001, and 45001. Your responsibilities will include executing the implementation, initiating corrective and preventive actions, and supporting other areas in meeting management system requirements. You will also be responsible for Supplier evaluation, upgradation, and development activities. Your key responsibilities and roles will involve: - Supporting the implementation of the integrated Quality management system requirements - Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met - Ensuring the quality of products and procedures through rigorous inspections and identifying areas for improvement - Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills - Using standard measuring instruments and knowledge of ASME, ISO, ANSI, AISI, DIN, and JIS standards - Managing calibration of gauges and tools - Being fluent in English and proficient in MS Office and SAP QM module - Reading mechanical drawings and understanding applicable product certification compliance requirements - Reviewing and managing incoming inspection activities, approving zero/Pilot series of products, and maintaining PPM target for components - Conducting supplier Evaluation/Development/Audits/Upgradation activities - Improving incoming efficiency Your activities will include: - Monitoring product conformity in production - Preparing and updating quality documents - Identifying and reporting new needs for instrumentation and control methods - Participating in the PDCA of the department and central function - Identifying training needs and conducting online training on quality issues - Managing non-conformances detected in production and analyzing NCs for resolution - Guiding and moderating problem-solving activities for NC and complaints - Reporting and addressing NCs from external suppliers - Keeping records and statistics up to date - Updating and analyzing department KPIs - Supporting the introduction of new products and processes - Preparing, participating, and moderating PFMEA - Managing tasks assigned by Change Request (ECN) Additionally, you will: - Analyze and execute corrective & preventive actions for complaints - Ensure products are shipped to customers according to their orders through final quality inspection - Conduct quality checks on raw materials and products - Support and stimulate Kaizen activities within the function and the organization Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical - 7 to 10 years of working experience - Knowledge of 7QC tools, NDT, SPC, and MSA - Experience with supplier quality and calibration management - ISO9001-2015 Lead/Internal Auditor Certification - Knowledge of surface treatment processes Join us as a Supplier Quality Engineer and contribute to our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.,
