You will be working full-time from the office in Chennai as a Team Lead for UKG Pro WFM Test Lead. The position requires 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with a strong background in managing and leading Testing for multiple UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementations, particularly in large implementations with more than 100K employees across multiple countries and 1000+ stores. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end testing of functional and integrations, including SIT, supporting UAT, and performance testing of UKG Pro WFM implementation. Your role will involve testing and validating various modules such as Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile Configuration, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Activities, Business Structure, Release Management, HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies and Calendars, Data Access Control Concepts, and Custom Reports. You should have experience with Automation testing using Test Assure and managing end-to-end defect management by developing documentation for systems and processes. Preferred qualifications include UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications, experience in Kronos WFC, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team player. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to manage customer expectations efficiently.
