Supporting Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support classroom teachers in daily academic and non-academic tasks. This position is ideal for freshers or early-career educators looking to gain experience in the CBSE school environment. The role focuses on assisting teachers, supporting students, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in managing classroom activities, discipline, and materials.
• Help in preparing teaching aids, worksheets, and displays as per CBSE curriculum.
• Support students during classwork, homework corrections, and basic academic tasks.
• Supervise students during breaks, assemblies, and school activities.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, order, and learning material organization.
• Assist with attendance records, exam invigilation, and data entry if needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduation preferred).
• Basic understanding of the CBSE curriculum.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and a positive attitude towards children and teaching.

Additional Details:

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
• Training or mentoring may be provided by senior staff.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
