In terms of classroom and behavior management, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive environment, as well as implementing behavior intervention plans when necessary to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Advocating for students will be a key aspect of your role, where you will work towards ensuring that students receive appropriate accommodations and support services. Additionally, raising awareness about special education needs among school staff and families will be an important part of your advocacy efforts. Maintaining accurate records of student progress, challenges, and adjustments in the learning plan will be crucial.
