The job requires you to be responsible for managing the Customer Service Field Team and supporting technicians. You will be required to attend customer calls and complaints in a professional manner. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, production team, and management. Proactively monitoring VTS devices through dashboard/MIS/Web App, planning replacement/maintenance of faulty devices, and conducting customer trainings on VTS front-end operations and report generations. Additionally, you will be responsible for GPS Data Analysis, updating Information Systems, and reporting progress/status to customers and other concerned parties at EON. You may also need to perform other relevant activities related to VTS Operations as desired by the client. To qualify for this position, you should be a Graduate in any discipline with a one-year computer diploma or a desired degree in Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or Computer. The operations run 24X7, so you must be willing to work in shifts. Having your conveyance is a must as you will be posted at PUNBUS VTS Control Room, Sector 17 CHD. Essential skills for this role include planning & scheduling of team work, good verbal & written communication skills, active problem-solving skills, ability to handle pressure, and knowledge of Open Office/MS-Office, Google Map. Desired skills include knowledge about Telecom/Vehicle Electronics and client call & complaint handling. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is in day shifts at the in-person work location.
