Job Description: As an Assistant Manager in the Support-PPC-WML department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and control, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. You will ensure that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all products meet the company's quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing communication within the team and solving any problems that may arise. Principal Accountabilities: Oversee and manage the production planning and control process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods. Manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations. Ensure that all products meet the company's quality control and compliance standards. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Solve any production-related problems using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with other team members to achieve the company's production goals. Adapt to changes in the production process and show flexibility in dealing with unexpected situations. Pay attention to detail to avoid mistakes and ensure high-quality products. Train and mentor junior staff members and foster a team-oriented environment.
