Key Responsibilities: Lead investor relations and capital raising strategy from ideation to deal closure. Manage ongoing communications with existing and potential investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Support fundraising activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing pitch decks, and leading investor meetings. Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting and disclosures in line with regulatory requirements. Develop and execute strategic investor communication plans to enhance transparency and trust. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights. Partner with senior leadership to align capital strategies with business objectives and growth plans. Build and manage a robust pipeline of investors to diversify and grow the investor base. Candidate Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) . Minimum 12 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or corporate finance. Proven track record of managing end-to-end investor engagement and closing investment deals. Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and corporate finance. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and confidential information.
